We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job market data, salary information, or career recommendations provided through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentMap MY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentMap MY, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Malaysian arbitration laws.
